Salam Sabtu..

hari ni post akan diteruskan dengan kisah langkawi 

yang panjang ceritanya..

sebelum menjejakkan kaki ke Langkawi

timbul rasa sebak nk meninggalkan rumah

dan berjauhan dengan keluarga

namun tanggungjawab tetap tanggungjawab

tak boleh nak lepas tangan kalau hendak berjaya..

oleh itu, inilah foto2 yg dapat ditangkap ketika

menanti untuk dilepaskan
sempat lagi untuk candid
ayuh terbang ke langkawi

wah, sampai sudah
cepat betul
lebih kurang 50 minit aje..

tak ingat la namanya
memang sedap lauk sotong ni
sotong masak kicap rasenya

siakap sweet and sour memang tidak
dapat dinafikan kesodapan io..
menggodek kaki

sayur campur versi western
ade cauliflower, broccoli, carrot
takde pun sawi mahupun bayam..
nice and delicious


setakat ini saje post kali ni..
seterusnya akan disambung kali lain..

POTRAIT OF LANGKAWI..Chapter 1

SALAM..

today i will share a lot of picture during my internship at 

The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa..

to be honest, my friends and I really enjoy the memories in Langkawi

as well as the internship that very awesome..

what can i say, the final internship is quite far better than the first one...

i feel more enjoy and fun..

 although i have to leave my family and stay in the island for 4 months without them

i still manage to face the daily task successfully

sad or not, my friends are always stand together with me..

the luxury experience is at Westin where i gain a lot of knowledge 

from the Culinary Team..

the collaboration with them feel long yet so fast finish at the end..

this experience is priceless..

i hope i can set step my foot into the island one day together with

Shafiq Zunnur Sakimin, Ikmal Arif Azami, Andy Tang Jia Dong, Jafni Hannan Julainai,

Nurasyikin Ishak and Nur Husna Shefek Afendi..

together we make a reunion and vacation..

it must be HAPPENING and LOUD...

KEMBALI SEMULA SELEPAS 4 BULAN..

assalamualaikum..

after 4 months and a half, barulah dapat kembali ke sini..

rindu rasenya nak menaip maklumlah rakan2 semua galak update blog..

mahu atau tidak kenalah gigihkan kudrat untuk memenuhi ruangan blog yang ternyata kusam dan malap ni.. aduhai..usaha tangga kejayaan.. nak 1000 daya, xnak 1000 dalih..

apa pun, kembalinya ke sini harap2 tidak memutuskan semangat luluh ni kerana aku dah 

bersemangat nak bercerita dan kongsi macam2 cerita..:)

memang kedengaran banyak cerita tapi semuanya dah lepas la.. 

dari singapore ke langkawi, kl, penang, melaka hinggalah ke kuching..

delay sangat!!.. ingat flight dengan ktm komuter je boleh delay..

aku pun mampu la nak delay2 bagai.. terasa sangat dgn ktm komuter!!!

 

moga2 aku dapat lunaskanlah tanggungjawab harian ni..

tidaklah bosan asyik dengan fb je sentiasa..

ini semua atas galakan Ikmal Arif Azami, Shafiq Zunnur dan Miri Mahmud

kalau tidak, takdelah aku nak update blog aku ni..

back for a while

assalamualaikum... i just finished my long break of blogging and finally i was given a chance to open my own blog and post something to the audience.. yeah..

it was really hard to post something inside the blog when u are clueless and lack of story and idea to be talk.. but as long as u are ready and love to hear the gossip, u will put your strong fingers to type and make it as a material to your own post... that's good idea also. so, just feel free and be professional..

anyway, always keep your mind with some information and try to figure out in manner way. share with people if it is relevant, don't make them look fake or annoying otherwise it will cause the reader feel uncomfortable and irritating..

garde manger, i'm coming..

Alhamdulillah, finally i finished my training at Chinese Kitchen (also known as Wok Kitchen). After 2 weeks in action, I learned a lot of things and well thanks dedicate to Chef Chin, Ooi and Amerul for their support and shared the knowledge to me. During a training, I gained a lot of information and techniques about Chinese and Asian cuisine from A la Carte until Buffet. It such a short journey but full with knowledge.

From Wok Kitchen to Cold Kitchen>>>>>>>

The time is running very fast, didn't realize that i just step into the outlet number four so far.. and it is the 55th day in Langkawi... My friends are getting happy and enjoy.
I hope that my journey in Langkawi will be fine and run smoothly. Inshaallah..
Back to the story, Cold Kitchen is one of my favourite outlet as this kitchen serve a variety of fruits, salads, sandwiches and canapes. Tomorrow, I will start my work at 8 in the morning and working with a new environment. I wish that a month spend in Cold Kitchen
will be start and end successfully. I hope that I could walk and enjoy there..

a first step..

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone. Alhamdulillah, finally I have my own blog. So much thinking make me feel sick and pain, the only way to run from the problem is writing and express to people. Firstly, I want to introduce myself a bit. My full name is Mohammad Ashraff bin Annuar and currently studied at Universiti Teknologi Mara, Pulau Pinang in Diploma in Culinary Art. Now, I face the Industrial Training which will be end on 5th April 2011. Inshaallah. I hope everything are fine and successfully finish by me and all my friends. Amin. That's it from me.

Little things to add, I love kids and always make people happy as long as I am happy. When my emotion is not stable, i will easily angry with people and fight for nothing. I didn't get money if i won so it just waste my time. That is my old habit that I could not change until now. But seriously, u need to feel cheer and always laugh when stand by my side. : P . Because i love to laugh so much,, hehe,, Full stop.

As for myself, i feel like I'm so small here and still find the way and direction to make it comfortable. Truly and honestly, i love to write and the conclusion is writing is one of my hobby when i have nothing to do. A huge thanks to my best friends who encouraged me to start blogging and writing. Before this, I always keep remind myself that i want to write a blog but it doesn't work because lack of time to blogging. So, start now onwards i am ready to share my story to everyone. :)

So, my advise.. every story in our life is not only to be written inside the diary and keep inside the box with a lock outside but it needs to spread and share with people inside or outside from our life as long as it is relevant and suitable to be talk.
